Standard change-over day is Saturday. Outside the High Season we are willing to be flexible on change-over day. Please do not hesitate to ask if your travel arrangements do not make Saturday to Saturday a sensible option.
30% deposit payable on booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks before start of rental period. Breakages deposit £100/€100 on arrival, returned on departure less any deductions.
Prices include gas, electricity and a basket of logs for the fire (except for winter long lets) Bed linen is provided. Please bring your own towels unless specifically agreed in advance.
Longer lets possible, out of season. Typical winter rate £600 per month excluding energy and service costs. Please note that in colder periods, with no heating in the second bedroom the cottage is really only suitable for one or two persons.
Although we will leave you in peace to enjoy your holiday, should you have any problems we live just a few minutes away and will be happy to help you.
Please note that the stairs which lead to the upstairs bedroom are quite steep and, although fine if navigated with care, are not suitable for toddlers or people with limited mobility. We have a stair gate that can be fitted on request; we can also provide a high-chair and booster step for small people.
